- Premise
- These Terms of Use (hereinafter Terms) regulate access and consultation of the website adiuvet.com (hereinafter Website) and apply to the contents thereof.
- Relationships with users are governed by these Terms and, also by the general conditions of sale/ supply services (https://www.adiuvet.com/en/general-conditions-supply-sale/), by the privacy policy (https://www.adiuvet.com/en/privacy-policy-website/) and by the cookie policy (https://www.adiuvet.com/en/cookie-policy-ue/).
- By using the Website, the User confirms that he has read, understood, and accepted these Terms and any changes thereto.
- General information about the Supplier
- The Website is operated by People Lab srl (Supplier), based in Milano, Via Oldofredi 4, P.IVA 04212840963.

- Navigation in the website and possible registration
- Users can browse and access the services of the Website by following the rules specified in the individual sections of the Website itself.
- If the User is required to register, this must be done by filling in the relevant form and entering the required data (an illustrative and non-exhaustive thiol, name and company name, registered office, telephone number and e-mail).
- The login credentials that may be generated at the time of registration, referred to in the previous point, will be kept by the user under his sole responsibility.
- Access to the Website
- Access to the Website is the sole responsibility of the User and the Supplier is not liable for any damages due to access problems.
- The Supplier also reserves the right to suspend access at any time and for any reason, including malfunction, both temporarily and permanently, notifying with a specific notice published on the home page of the website itself.
- Protection of copyright and intellectual property rights
- The Website, as well as all data, text content and multimedia elements – such as images, photographs, videos and audio files -, and the management software behind it (including the operating algorithm, the Method Adiuvet and the contents through the same generated, as an example and non-exhaustive reports, models and treatment plans) are works of ingenuity, of exclusive ownership of the Supplier and as such protected by the Industrial and Intellectual Property Code (D.Lgs. n. 30/2005), by the Italian Law on the Protection of Copyright and other rights related to its use (L. 633/1941 and subsequent amendments), the provisions of the Penal Code, the norms contained in international treaties, as well as the laws in force in the country where it is used.
- Textual information and multimedia elements – and in general all the contents of the Website – as well as the design, layout, technological and operational approach, are the property of the Supplier or third parties from whom the Supplier has obtained the right to use.
- The User is therefore obliged to respect intellectual property rights of the Supplier and/or third parties.
- The use, reproduction, extraction of copy, the distribution of text information and multimedia elements on the Website, as well as the hyperlink to adiuvet.com is prohibited.
- Such activities are subject to prior authorization by the Supplier, or third party holders of intellectual property rights. It is the User’s responsibility to acquire information on the ownership of these rights.
- Adiuvet is registered trademark of the Supplier and, therefore, any use thereof is prohibited without the Supplier’s prior written consent.
- adiuvet.com, www.adiuvet.uk, www.adiuvet.cloud, www.adiuvet.es and www.adiuvet.it are domains registered by the Supplier and is therefore prohibited any use by unauthorized third parties.
- The registered trademark Adiuvet and all other trademarks on the websites adiuvet.com (and the other domains mentioned above) are the exclusive property of People Lab srl and any use by third parties shall be prohibited.
- Exemption of liability
- The Supplier declines all liability for damages caused by from viruses and malware, errors, cancellations, network problems, theft, unauthorized access, and data alterations, independent of its actions.
- The Supplier also declines any responsibility for any claims relating to the impossibility of accessing and using the Site for any reason.
- Furthermore, the Supplier assumes no liability for damages, claims or losses, caused to the User for the failure and/or malfunction of the computer systems of the User or third parties, including Internet Service Providers, telephone and/or telematic connections not managed directly by the Supplier or by persons to whom this must answer.
- Il The Supplier assumes no responsibility for the breach intellectual property rights of third parties by means of the Website.
- Newsletter service
- When it will be implemented and activated, the User can use the newsletter service after insertion in the appropriate form of its e-mail address.
- The newsletter service is optional and free and the data are collected and processed in absolute compliance with the privacy policy, according to the privacy policy available at the following link (https://www.adiuvet.com/en/privacy-policy-website/).
- At any time, the User may unsubscribe from the service by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” option in each e-mail.
- Protection of personal data
- The Supplier undertakes to process the personal data collected for customer registration in compliance with the law for the protection of personal data (GDPR and TU 196/03 as amended by d.lgs.101/18) and for the purposes and with the methods better specified in the information provided pursuant to art. 13 Reg. - Applicable law and jurisdiction
- The relationship established following registration on the Website is governed by the Italian law.
- For any dispute relating to the contractual relationship between the Supplier and the User it is agreed that it will be exclusively competent, also by way of derogation from the rules on territorial jurisdiction, the Court of Milan.
